 I happened to Visit one of the Most Reputed and Talented Radiologists of Ludhiana Few Days Back for My Ultrasound to be done . And to my Utter Surprise , he was alone in his clinic with his patients . There was no electricity and so no A.c was on and it was damp inside as no exhaust was working and only invertor and a fan was on . No Assisstant of him , he was Doing Ultrasound , getting the print of it , pasting it on the file , and stapling the report on file and finally giving it to the patient and taking charges  After initial Greetings to him , he offered me a cold drink or water , which I politely refused . I offered him help as he is known to me since long and we both respect each other . And asked him , doctor saab Kya hua . He said in calm manner , both assistants are on leave today . We all are divided on the basis of religions and political parties. We must  all stand and become united and be just INDIAN.  Today Being Sunday and 25.04.2021 being a Lockdown Day , Even Though Clinics , Hospitals and Chemist Shops were Allowed to Open , I had thought since few days that I won’t open clinic as Everyone knew Sunday being a Lockdown day and everyone will be having their stock of Medicines and I will have to sit free . But at last moment , I thought maybe someone need medicines or my services , so , unwillingly , I made up my mind to open clinjc . And to my Utter Surprise , There were more patients than Routine Sundays and that too not Emergencies , for their Routine Checkup’s and Routine Followups. On Roads also , there were people who seemingly were roaming here and there without any work and people are seeing this Sunday as their Holiday and not as a Lockdown day .  There is no family nowadays in which one member or another is not sick , be it emotionally or physically .  Apart from socioeconomic factors , lifestyle changes , psychological factors , one major factor which attributes to the consequence is Food devoid of Nutritional Value. Now , A Doctor comes and gives Preliminary Treatment to the Patient before the Investigations , just to give Temporary Relief to the Patient . He Gives Sorbiturate , let us say or some other Alternative to the Best of his Knowledge and Experience. Now , Unfortunately, Patient dies here . In the World of Google and Internet , When Anyone and Everyone can Get Information just at Click of Button , Why do few Doctors use Terms like “ Sinusitus Ki Nass Dabb Gayee hai , “ Or “ Ultrasound Main Soojan Aayee Hai “ or “ Khoon Patla Ho Gaya hai , and Not Explain To Patients and Hence Make Mockery of themselves or Profession . So Much so that Patients Sometimes Think that They are Right and We are Illiterate and Wrong . WE WOULD NOT BE GIVING MEDICINE FROM NOW ONWARDS TO OUR PATIENTS . Yes , you read that right.
