Tips For Healthy Life

 There is no family nowadays in which one member or another is not sick , be it emotionally or physically . 

Apart from socioeconomic factors , lifestyle changes , psychological factors , one major factor which attributes to the consequence is Food devoid of Nutritional Value.

We all know nowadays , not only kids but even adults love to eat Junk Food when Hungry . Now , what is Junk Food .πŸ”πŸŒ­πŸ•πŸŸπŸ₯™

Junk food is the food which has zero or very less nutritional value and is high in calorific value , that is contains empty Calories .

Our body including brain requires all types of Vitamins, Proteins , Carbohydrates and Minerals . 

If not nourished properly , our body and even brain will malfunction , leading to various physical as well as psychological and emotional disturbances , more so these days due to feelings of loneliness and cases of acute depression .

My viewpoint is that being happy , doing moderate activities , remaining in sun for sometime and deriving Vitamin D , and eating proper nutritious food will lead to social , physical and emotional well being of a person . 

A person is considered healthy if he or she is physically as well as mentally healthy . 

Mental health is also of utmost importance .

And Remaining aloof from family , feeling excessive work pressure due to targets in today's corporate world and not Eating proper nutritious food leads to all sickness , be it physical or psychological . 

It is said that EAT WHAT IS MADE BY NATURE AND NOT WHAT IS MADE IN FACTORIES . Or Eat only those substances whose advertisements are not there on social media . 

How many of our kids eat Guava or Apple or Carrot when hungry ? 

I guess very few or almost nil .

Kids , nowadays tend to eat a chipps or Pizzas or Noodles which contain high amount of salt and another chemicals like MSG.

If we take care of very small factors mentioned above , I m sure we can certainly improve and eradicate atleast the FOOD  factor ,which is in our hands,  to curb diseases from our society .
